In this post, i will tell you my experience about catch a cold. In this case, catch a cold could caused by many wind that enter our body. But to free it all out, you will use two thing to rub in your back. The thing is balm and scrapings. That two things are very useful to cure your catch a cold. So, I think it's just traditional way to cure catch a cold, but it's very effective and useful. Thank you for reading my post.
