Healthy Sleep!
Now, I will discuss about good sleep or healthy sleep! Maybe we are sometimes working too late so we forgot to rest. Sometimes without sleep in morning, our body feel not good or tired. So, we must sleep 6 hours minimally. But the good sleep is the comfortable sleep. At sleep, try to not sleep in a bad or not comfortable place because it will affect our back. And, i warn you don't working so late. Just keep your body. And rest regularly. If you are sick, just rest totally so, maybe in 1 day with rest totally in the next morning your body become well.
